My stay at the Hotel Excelsior - Central was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I entered, the warm and friendly staff made me feel truly welcome, always ready to assist with a smile. The complimentary refreshments in the lobby added a nice touch, setting the tone for a pampering experience. The free mini-bar, complete with water, juice, and beer, plus the provision of dressing gowns and slippers. The cleanliness and comfort of the room, as well as the flexibility regarding breakfast, showcased the hotel's commitment to exceeding guest satisfaction. A truly value-for-money gem in the heart of the city.
